Return Policy

Final Sale Policy

All sales are final upon delivery for select items, including but not limited to fabricated and special-order items. This includes all products that are ordered to specification, materials that require fabrication, and uncommon items that must be specially ordered.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

Undamaged
Clean
In resalable condition

Return Period

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Tools and equipment rentals

Rented or leased products must be returned by the customer. All concurrent rental charges from third parties are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns may be accepted by the delivery driver upon request.
A restocking fee will be charged on all return items.

Disclaimers

Cowboys Construction Supply cannot be liable for any legal claims as a result of product misuse, product representation, product installation, contractor installation, or faulty products from the manufacturer. Cowboys Construction Supply and Its vendors will provide installation and product specifications when requested. Installation and product failures fall soley on the contractor whom installed the products or the product manufacturer. Thus, all product and system guarantees are provided by the manufacturer; all installation guarantees are provided by the contractor. Cowboys Construction Supply are only a wholesale supplier to contractors, providing contractors construction materials from multiple manufacturers.
